The location was unbeatable and quiet, within easy walking distance of Trou Aux Biches Public Beach. There was a central restaurant within a close distance from the hotel.

Their staff were poorly trained.

Dining Disappointments Marred Bliss

We enjoyed the fine beach and the good spa services that rejuvenated our spirits. The team was genuinely friendly.

Planning dinner was a nightmare. Too often, we found restaurants fully booked-despite plenty of open tables. Many staff lacked urgency in addressing concerns, especially with allergies.

Let down by the poor service, variety and quality of food. Over priced and limited menu in all restaurants, most definitely not worth the 5 star rating. The only good service is given by the guys driving the buggies, no one else goes anywhere near the mark and most definitely do not go the extra yard to make your stay what you expect. Most surprising of all was not being able to get a table at the Thai or Seafood restaurants as they were fully booked - even though the hotel was at 20% occupancy, plenty of room though in the " buffet canteen " - as before not geared up for anything really but half and full board with the limited set menus and bland food.

The privacy of the villa and the efficient check in and check out procedures. There are 6 different restaurants. The beach is nice and long.

The prices of the rooms and food is too expensive. Breakfast quality and variety is average. Wifi is very slow. The villas is far from the beach.

We had a blast trying out various water sports, especially the snorkeling that showcased vibrant marine life. The beachfront suite we stayed in was spacious and beautifully maintained.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically for younger children to keep them entertained.

Staying in a Junior Suite was a highlight with fine amenities and a large bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious sandwiches and the really good menu at the upscale A La Carte restaurants. The service was friendly, with the staff eager to cater to our needs, although some delays were noted which added to the laid-back ambiance. The beach access and available loungers were great, yet finding a quieter spot became a bit challenging with larger crowds at times. It was a nice getaway where relaxation met excellent hospitality.

The beach area is inviting, with soft sand and clear water! The Junior Suite we stayed in was spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied our family's tastes.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection in our room was inconsistent, making it difficult to connect at times.

Great Stay with Some Dining Challenges

Our group enjoyed the beautiful Tropical Junior Suite for 6 nights. The early breakfast option was convenient, but the limited choices were disappointing. While the Italian dining experience fell short, the overall ambiance and attentive staff were great.

I found the room super spacious and so close to the pristine beach. Plus, the beautiful and excellent grounds of the hotel enhanced my explorations around the area.

The beachfront views were amazing, with soft white sands and turquoise waters just steps from my Junior Suite. The staff offered warm, personalized service, from suggesting delicious cocktails to highlighting must-try dishes at dinner. The spa? A blissful escape with treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and utterly relaxed!
